Biography
A/Prof Eric Hau is a radiation oncologist at Westmead and Blacktown Hospitals and serves as the Group Lead for the Radiation Biology and Oncology Group at the Westmead Institute for Medical Research (WIMR). He completed sub-specialty clinical fellowship in thoracic and brain cancers at St George Hospital, along with a PhD in neuro-oncology at the Lowy Cancer Research Centre, UNSW. Additionally, he pursued advanced training in clinical trials and statistics through the Global Clinical Scholars Research Program at Harvard Medical School. His research interests focus on pre-clinical radiation and drug testing, clinical and translational trials, and radiation biology.
