Biography
Dr Guoping Zheng, associate professor, leader of kidney injury repair and fibrosis research group. He is a medical graduate committed to research with profound understanding of human disease and built-up expertise in molecular & cellular biology initially in cancer then in kidney research. He achieved consistent success in funding; total upto $3 millions in NHMRC funding. Has 2 registered patents & over 100 publications (H index 34, 17313 citatins), mostly in top ranked nephrol & leading cell biol & pathol journals He is primary supervisor for 3 PhD students and won WMI Science prize on 4 occasions.
